DriveReach works the list.Dealers work the floor.

Dealerships lose leads in the hours between a form fill and a callback. DriveReach reaches every customer on the list by voicemail, text and email, answers the replies with AI, and books the appointment into the dealer’s CRM.

Watch a lead list turn into booked appointments

The 73-second launch video: one campaign across voicemail, text and email, the AI answering and booking, and every booked lead landing in the dealer’s CRM.

The project

Why dealerships needed it, and what we built

The problem

A dealership’s lead list grows faster than its team can dial it. Callbacks get missed, and good leads go cold while they wait.

What we built

DriveReach runs the whole campaign. The dealership sends its customer list. DriveReach sends a ringless voicemail, a follow-up text and an email from the store’s own number and address, then keeps every reply in one inbox.

A manual dial list of phone numbers with a stack of missed-callback alerts beside it, and a counter of leads not yet contacted.

Where the AI stops

The AI answers texts in the store’s voice, offers real open times and books the visit. Pricing questions go straight to a person, and staff get an alert when a lead is hot. The AI starts the conversation. A salesperson still closes the deal.

Under the hood

Each dealership has its own users, phone numbers, sending address and reports, kept apart from every other store. Booked appointments go to the dealer’s CRM as leads, and opt-outs are honoured on every channel.

A text thread: a customer asks if the service special is still on, the AI offers Thursday at 9:30 or 2:00, the customer picks 2:00, and an “Appointment booked” card confirms it.

How it works

How a campaign runs

From the first voicemail to a lead in the dealer’s CRM. Staff step in when a customer is ready to talk to a person.

  1. Step 1

    Reach

Ringless voicemail, text and email go out together, from the store’s own number and address.

    • Voicemail
    • Text
    • Email
  2. Step 2

    Reply

The AI answers texts in seconds, in the store’s voice. Pricing questions go straight to a person.

    • AI replies
    • One inbox
  3. Step 3

    Book

The AI offers real open times and books the visit. Staff get an alert for every hot lead.

    • Real open times
    • Hot-lead alerts
  4. Step 4

    Report

Every booked appointment goes to the dealer’s CRM as a lead, with results for each channel.

    • CRM push
    • Reports

Opt-outs and unsubscribes are honoured automatically, with CASL consent checks and US 10DLC registration built in.
